The Management \/ Governing Body of Osorio Construcciones Mec\u00e1nicas, S.L. (hereinafter, the
\nresponsible for the treatment), assumes the maximum responsibility and commitment with the
\nestablishment, implementation and maintenance of this Data Protection Policy
\nData, guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the data controller with the aim of
\nachieve excellence in relation to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the
\nEuropean Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of
