The machine model X7 provides a high quality edge sharpening. It has been especially designed for professional sharpeners and for those who want to start in the business. This machine can sharpen and polish all kinds of knives.

This sharpening machine is entirely manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring the longlife of the machine parts. Since it is water cooled, the machine works the whole day without heating the steel of the knives.

The X7 has different devices to sharpen scissors, circular knives, bowl chopper blades and flat blades.

Spare parts are cost-effective and long-lasting.

CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES

  • Manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304, it can be easily cleaned with water
  • Cooled by water circuit.

USAGE

Chamfering and sharpening

Both chamfering and sharpening of the edge are carried out with wet sanding belt of 50×950 mm, grit 80 o 120, according to customer’s necessities. Other grits may be available on request.

Polishing

Polishing by means of felt polishing disc, whose purpose is to remove the burr of the cutting edge after sharpening. The quick change system allows to replace the polishing disc for another type of disc or wheel in less than one minute.
